Location:  169 Fordyce Rd. Port Elizabeth, South Africa

2025 Training Dates:
    •    February: 2 weekends
    •    March: 2 weekends
    •    April: 4 weekends

Our yoga workshops are designed to be flexible—you can join for just one day   or both days . These workshops are open to all—yoga enthusiasts, healers, and anyone looking to deepen their practice.

They are also part of a brand-new 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training. If you complete all eight workshops and additional requirements, you will qualify as a Yoga Alliance-certified teacher! However, there’s no need to commit upfront—you can attend individual workshops first to see if you resonate with the lead teacher and training material before enrolling in the full program.

If you’re interested in the full Yoga Alliance teacher training, send me a message, and I’ll share all the details, including the additional 4-day in-person immersion (required only for enrolled teachers).

I am beyond thrilled to announce the launch of our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program in the breathtaking coastal city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa! 🌊✨

This internationally certified Yoga Alliance-accredited training will give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach yoga anywhere in the world. Upon completion, you will receive a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification accredited by Yoga Alliance.

💫 Not looking to become a teacher? No problem! This program is structured into eight 2-day weekend workshops, so you can join a single weekend or even just one day. If you later decide to enroll in the full training, all completed workshops will count toward your certification.
